Joining the Bristol Psychotherapy Association

The BPA are always pleased to welcome new members. Membership is open to anyone whose work or training involves them in practice, education or training in psychotherapy, counselling and/or related fields.

BPA membership costs 55 per year. This membership includes nine evening meetings (held from October to June). We also currently offer a discounted membership rate of 35 to students taking their initial training in psychotherapy or counselling. A student membership application form can be downloaded here.

Meetings normally take place on the first Monday of each month from January to December with a three month break from July to September inclusive. Meetings are held on Mondays in the Apostle Room at Clifton Catholic Cathedral. Access is via the Winchester Road car park (parking available after 7pm). Click for a link to google maps.

Non-members are most welcome to come to individual meetings, at the cost of 12 per session.
