We ask for an annual standing order to be set up for membership renewal. If you wish to ask any questions about membership, please feel free to come to a meeting and introduce yourself to a committee member.

Joining the Bristol Psychotherapy Association

The BPA are always pleased to welcome new members. Membership is open to anyone whose work or training involves them in practice, education or training in psychotherapy, counselling and/or related fields.

BPA membership costs 55 per year. This membership includes nine evening meetings (held from October to June). We also currently offer a discounted membership rate of 35 to students taking their initial training in psychotherapy or counselling. A student membership application form can be downloaded here.

Meetings normally take place on the first Monday of each month from October to June. Meetings are held on Mondays in the Randall Room at the Pembroke Road end of Alma Vale Road in Clifton, near BS8 2HN (up the steps with the white handrail) Click for a link to google maps.

Non-members are most welcome to come to individual meetings, at the cost of 10 per session.
